Compass AI Assistant

After the initial launch of MongoDB’s Compass AI assistant, I led foundational research to understand what developers needed beyond a chatbot-style experience.

These insights informed feature prioritization for the next release and shaped the long-term vision for a more context-aware, agentic assistant.

Atlas Live Migration

With nearly 3 in 4 initiated migrations failing, I led research to identify where the migration workflow was breaking down for engineers.

Recommendations informed key features in the redesigned MongoDB Atlas Live Migration experience that contributed to a 2× increase in migration success rates.

Tire & Battery Center

As part of an industry-sponsored graduate project with Sam’s Club, I led mixed-methods research to evaluate the Tire & Battery Center service workflow and identify key usability breakdowns across the member journey.

Findings informed the concept and prototype of a mobile solution designed to streamline services and improve the member experience.
